I know the title is horrible.. I don't have much to report...
This last week wasn't a bad one, I was able to get out and do things with my kiddos since it was their spring break...I was able to get my house cleaned...We went and picked strawberries(which by the way gives you a good squat workout!)...I ran on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday but didn't get my long run in....
My eating was here and there, had my good days, had my bad days, but I was trying not to stress too much over it since I needed the mental break from it all. I really need to get back to my juicing so that it helps clean out my system as well as give me the nutrition boost I need and so that I will stop craving all the sweets.
I have my second half marathon in three weeks so I need to keep up my stamina.
My goal is to get back to being focused and really watching what I am eating and balancing it all so that I have the energy to run as well as staying healthy. I also need to keep myself on a schedule again as far as running. I did so well before my first half but have slacked off since then.
