I did fairly good on keeping up on my juicing to get my fruits and veggies in, but two of the days I didn't juice and was soooo hungry. With having my juice handy to drink, I made sure to get in enough water, but when I didn't have the juice around I forgot to drink my water and felt like I was hungry and nothing was satisfying that hunger.
Being that I wasn't exactly good this week, I weighed in at 138 for a loss of .4 pounds. At least it is a little loss. 9.2 pounds gone since I have been on Nutrisystem. I was hoping to hit the 10 pound mark, but hopefully by next week :)
Gotta remember my water this week so I won't get so hungry!!
