As busy as our lives seem to get, food is sometimes the last thing we think about and plan ahead for like we really should. We get so caught up in this errand and that soccer practice that on the way home we just go through the drive through and pick up something quickly. And what about breakfast? Do you make sure that you are getting a good blend of fiber, whole grains, and more that you need to start your day?
I know I have a problem with my kids getting in a variety of foods. My son is the worst about it all. His favorite is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and cereal. So what I do is look for ways to make what little for he eats packed with more nutrition.
I was sent Fiber One Nutty Cluster cereal along with a cool wooden bowl and nut cracker to test out.
What is Fiber One Nutty Clusters Cereal? In a nutshell, Fiber One Nutty Clusters & Almonds is a great-tasting and wholesome breakfast cereal that you can feel good about. It contains 11g of fiber and 23g of whole grain as well as only 180 calories per serving.
Now that is a lot of fiber!! What is even better about the cereal is that it doesn't taste like you are eating cardboard or other ruffage. It actually tastes good. What I liked even more :) My kids would eat it!!! They both have trouble at times of going #2 because their diet isn't varied enough some days. The Fiber One cereal helps them and us get in the fiber that we may be lacking daily. My kids love taking it as a snack on the run or for breakfast in the morning.
You can find out more about the various foods that Fiber One has to offer and even print out a $1.25 off coupon for Fiber One.
