I am not pleased at all with my results the last week at all. I had absolutely no loss and actually a slight gain. Therefore I did not take a picture of the scale because I was mad.... But the only person or thing to be mad about is myself. My pain has been really high lately and when I am in pain I eat things that I should such as a lot of sugar, carbs, etc.... What I should realize is by eating those things, it just makes my pain worse in the long run and I wind up feeling more tired and run down than I already am...
After almost three months on Nutrisystem, you would think that by now I would catch myself faster and stop the bad habits.. You would think....
My stress has been pretty high lately too so that never helps my eating. It is a viscous cycle that I wish I could break. I have set to getting better this week. I was finally able to purchase a juicer and after using it for the past couple of days, it really has helped me turn to my juice instead or reaching for more candy or chips. I have been making a big batch of juice in the morning and then drinking it throughout the day. Great way to get your fruits and veggies in without chewing constantly.
I am hoping for a better week and time to refocus. I have at least 10 more pounds that I want to lose and have to keep plugging away and watching what I eat. I have got to stop letting the house stuff stress me out!!
