Nutrisystem Weekly Weigh In- Week 12 (April) #NSNation

As is my new normal of being late... Here is my Nutrisystem check in for week number 12!!
I cannot believe it has been pretty much 3 months since we started on our Nutrisystem journey. For one, I am so glad to be doing it with my husband. It makes it just a bit easier when you are on the same page as of what you are to eat throughout the day, instead of being at odds.

I have gotten myself a bit refocused this last week. I haven't  done specific workouts yet besides just normal house cleaning, but am starting to get back in the groove of life since we have moved into our new house. Also since i have started juicing, this has helped me tremendously!! My brain has become a bit clearer, I have not had to take my allergy meds nearly as often, and just overall feel better. It is amazing that finally realizing that why I put in my body does affect how I feel. With getting in so many more veggies and fruits through juicing, I stay fuller longer and am getting in more fluids that I need as well.

I am happy to say that I have finally broken past the 140 mark!! I weighed in at 139.6! So happy!! For a loss of 7.6 pounds in the last 3 months. That may not seem like much compared to what my hubby has lost, but I have just about 10 more pounds to go and the last part of the weight loss seems to be the hardest. I have lost 23.4 pounds over the last little over a year!!! That is what really makes me happy. It may be slow loss, but I am just glad to be making a change instead of quick fix.

My goal for this next week is to get on the treadmill at least twice. I know that is going to be the way that I help get the rest of this weight off and boost my energy to keep up with my kids and businesses!!

Congrats on breaking the 140 mark!! That's always a good one to hit. So is your goal weight 130? Mine is 125. Here's to us making our final goals too, we can do it! :)
