I am back at it and oh so happy to be doing it!! I got back on the treadmill this last week and it has already helped to relive the pains I get. Now I can't say that it was totally easy and I was running where I was before the holidays, but I still did it and realized how great I felt again.
I was only able to do about 2 miles each of the days that I got on the treadmill, but I guess we all have to start somewhere. Then I tried to do some of the workouts from the last Mamavation 2 week challenge. I was actually sore after the first day back so I skipped the next day. I am on a every other day schedule right now, but plan on getting back to my 5-7 days a week.
Today we start another 2 Week Challenge and I am so ready to ROCK IT!!

Oh and something I am excited to share is that I have lost 16 pounds since this time last year!! I cannot believe that I am only 4 pounds from pre #2 baby weight!! Now to work on my goal of getting close to my pre baby #1 weight!!

What do you find most challenging in skincare?
I think my most challenging thing would be to find something that works for my sensitive skin. There are very few products that I can use that don't make my skin itch or burn. My other problem is that with getting older, I can see that I need to use a different type moisturizer and makeup, but have no idea where to even look or what I should use. I have found that even within the same brands that I already use, some of them don't work with my sensitive skin. I also need things that are quick and easy to use. I don't have tons of time to spend on my beauty routine with young kids around.
